Your medical provider will work closely with you throughout the process to check how you’re doing and help you through it. 

It depends on how long you’ve been using opioids and how much you use. How well you respond to treatment can make a big difference, so it is hard to predict beforehand and varies from patient to patient. Home induction is the process of getting started on Suboxone. You can be at our office to get started, or you can do this at home. Our medical provider and care team will discuss this with you and find the best option for you. We will provide you with a home induction guide, and your care team will be available throughout the process. 

Yes, there can be side effects from taking medication during Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). However, these are usually mild and temporary. Some common side effects include drowsiness, nausea, headaches, constipation, and dry mouth.
